Job Description - Engage with market leaders to understand and translate their problems into BIDW problems - Create novel solutions that contribute to existing ones - Ensure high-quality, timely completion of reporting and dashboard-related tasks - Understand the process of generating reports and the underlying data sources - Develop user manuals for reporting procedures and related process changes - Lead the transformation of reports into new-age tools and technologies - Maintain a log of issues, risks, and mitigation plans - Identify operational improvements and find solutions using CI tools and techniques - Complete all tasks and transactions within agreed metrics - Apply fundamental work theories/concepts/processes within own work areas - Solve problems by analysing solution alternatives - Contribute to the creation of knowledge assets and reusable modules on GitHub/Wiki - Implement CI projects and innovation for the team Qualifications - Advanced Excel, Logical Reasoning - Strong Verbal and Written Communication - Advanced SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Python, Spark - Advanced developer knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI - Automation knowledge using Alteryx/Python - Planning & Organising, Problem Solving - Process Mapping Tools and Techniques - Process Coaching Additional Information Last Date of Application - 5th Sept 2023 Important Notice: We caution all job seekers and educational institutions that Tesco Bengaluru does not authorise any third party to release employment offers or conduct recruitment drives.
