Your Role: Lead Data Scientist at Athinia

In collaboration with Palantir, we are creating a secure data ecosystem to address the most challenging problems in the semiconductor industry. As a fast-growing data science team member, you'll play a crucial role in developing a product that will transform semiconductor industry collaboration. Explore the ecosystem we are building at .

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will:

• Shape the foundation of our data-driven product offerings.
• Manage data science projects with semiconductor industry clients.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative data science solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and actionably to stakeholders at various levels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and the semiconductor industry.
• Pioneer new approaches and methodologies within our organization.

Who You Are:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, focusing on Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Quality.
• At least 10 years of experience in Data Science.
• Proven experience managing and leading data science projects with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modeling, specifically applied to semiconductor industry use cases.
• The ability to uncover insightful patterns and correlations in complex datasets.
• Comfort reporting complex analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong desire to share knowledge and skills, and the ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding team members toward collective success.
• The ability to travel internationally for customer workshops and gather insights directly from end-users.
