Lead Machine Learning Engineer

As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of our AI-driven products. You will steer a skilled team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms that solve intricate issues and augment our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists by offering technical guidance and support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, which include product managers and software engineers, to reveal AI opportunities and incorporate machine learning solutions into our products.
• Design, develop, and launch machine learning models and algorithms that take on business hurdles and improve user experiences.
• Steer the research efforts to explore and adapt state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and technologies.
• Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and pre-processing to model training, assessment, and deployment.
• Encourage data-driven decision-making through the use of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and AI and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure the safety, scalability, and efficiency of machine learning solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing or implementing machine learning models for classification and labeling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, C++, Java, or similar.
• Exceptional written and oral English communication skills, with a strong dedication to effectively working with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and a valuable contributor to collaborative teams
