About the Role: Lead ML Engineer, Relevancy Team – Personalization & Loyalty Strategy (P4190)

Our team manages trillions of predictive recommendations, on-point substitute suggestions, and personalized shoppable recipes for millions of customers. We seek an innovative Lead ML Engineer to advance our mission in developing sophisticated search and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• ML System Architecture: Design comprehensive machine learning systems; focus on scalability and integration with other software components.
• Training and Inference Pipelines: Architect pipelines for efficiency, ensuring seamless model training and deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance model efficiency focusing on speed and resource management using advanced optimization techniques.
• API Development/Integration: Manage APIs for robust model inference and system monitoring.
• Model Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of ML models using the latest technologies and frameworks like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitoring and Logging: Oversee the performance monitoring tools setup, and maintain stringent logging for model auditing and debugging.

What We Look For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience in ML model development, especially in deep learning and recommender systems.
