Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models tailored for various applications.
  • Explore Federated Learning to enhance data privacy in Machine Learning training.
  • Speed up model training and inference through advanced hardware accelerators.
  • Customize and integrate solutions into diverse real-world scenarios.
  • Evaluate and refine system performance continually.
  • Implement MLOps best practices and adhere to trustworthy AI standards to stay compliant with evolving regulations.
  • Participate actively in European research initiatives.

Education & Qualifications:

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and Machine Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Caffe2, or CNTK.
  • Skilled in programming languages like Python or C/C++.
  • Experience preparing software for deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with software configuration management tools including Git or GitLab.
  • Proficient in Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 Level).

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow or MLFlow.
  • Knowledge of Federated Learning frameworks, especially Flower.
