The Role: Transforming Machine Learning Deployment

Working alongside our seasoned engineering team, you will interact with some of the most advanced software systems. Our team members bring experience from diverse fields such as deep learning infrastructure and autonomous drones, ensuring a rich environment for innovation. As a Machine Learning Sales Engineer, you’ll collaborate with our Account Executives to communicate the value of the Arize platform and drive the sales process from start to finish, including proof of concept stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Lead product demonstrations to highlight the capabilities of the Arize platform.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate to craft compelling value propositions.
• Address and strategize around technical objections to facilitate sales.

Your Expertise

As an advisor and domain expert within AI/ML, your role will be multi-faceted:

• Writing insightful blog posts on ML and MLOps.
• Enhancing educational resources and documentation.
• Engaging in ML communities to elevate discussions around real-world ML deployment challenges.

What We Look For

Strong Communicator: Ability to empathize and adjust your messaging for various audiences, simplifying complex technical details.

Proactive Learner: Eagerness to tackle the complexities of ML deployments and actively engage with customers to discover unique needs.

Machine Learning Acumen: Practical knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in model training using platforms like scikit-learn or HuggingFace.

Experienced in Customer-Facing Roles: At least 5 years in pre-sales, technical account management, or similar, preferably with enterprise-level clients.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong skills in Python and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with Data Engineering, MLOps, or cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary range of $140,000 - $200,000, dependent on experience and skill set. You will also receive a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits including health care, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, parental leave, and support for mental wellness.
