We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Airbus in Parque das Nacoes. Job Description: Responsibilities - Your Mission

As a Machine Learning Software Engineer, your main tasks will include:

• Collaborating with domain experts, data scientists, and AI specialists to integrate ML/AI into production swiftly.
• Developing robust ML systems covering all phases of the product lifecycle, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and validation.
• Participating in architecture discussions to seamlessly integrate AI/ML into existing IM applications.
• Deploying and maintaining software along with ML systems across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Establishing software engineering and MLOps best practices to enhance our business-wide strategies.

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM subject.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Node.js, Java, etc.
• A good grasp of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Understanding of software design & architecture and the principles of statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with agile development principles and MLOps.
• Experience in optimizing machine learning algorithms and designing ML solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior work in developing software or infrastructure for scalable systems.
