Job Opportunity: ML Ops Expert

ENERCON is seeking an experienced ML Ops Expert to join our team and enhance the sustainable and efficient use of AI (machine learning) within our organization. Collaborate with our global team and work closely with our technical lead based in Canada.

Responsibilities:

Guidelines and Support: Develop and provide expert support to establish the golden standard of AI within the company, ensuring sustainability, performance, and full data lineage of ML results.

Framework Implementation: Work alongside the Platform Architect in Canada to create and implement a machine learning operations framework, ensuring continuity over the life cycles of our assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between data science and data engineering, ensuring smooth deployment and management of ML models.

Model Management: Streamline the development, deployment, and management of ML models in production environments.

Collaborative Solutions: Work with data scientists, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to create efficient, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Value Maximization: Maximize the value of Advanced Analytics products.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as Databricks ML Flow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for ML model pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP for scalable ML infrastructure.
• Ability to design robust data pipelines and manage large datasets.
• Expertise in deploying ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency with Git for code versioning and collaboration.
• Understanding of monitoring tools and logging practices for ML systems.
• Knowledge of securing ML pipelines and handling sensitive data.
• Additional familiarity with Azure Cloud, Databricks, PySpark, MS Fabric, and SAP is an asset.

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication and teamwork with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ML issues and optimize performance.
• Adaptability to evolving ML technologies and industry trends.
• Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and reliability in ML deployments.
• Strong project management skills, including task organization and priority setting.
