Botify thrives on the success of our customers. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Principle Search Data Strategist (Principle SDS) to engage and enable Botify’s customers to leverage and fully utilize the Botify Platform for achieving their business goals. As a Principle Search Data Strategist, you will contribute significantly to the onboarding success of Botify customers, taking charge of the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution. This partnership will ensure that customers reap maximum benefits from their investments using Botify’s insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.
Your impact:
- Encourage adoption of the Botify Platform across customer organizations.
- During your onboarding period (first six months), you will address all Support Level 1 requests (email, slack, tickets) from triage through to resolution.
- Work closely with customers to coordinate their tasks and set up their projects, including all advanced settings offered by the platform such as log files, segmentation, HTML Extract, etc.
- Deliver personalized trainings based on our customers’ data and industry, varying from basic to advanced depending on the persons involved on the customer side.
- Collaborate with your customers to construct Advanced Reports to address their business objectives (including API usage).
- Cultivate long-term, deep relationships at all levels within our customers’ organizations.
- Relay feedback to our Product Team on feature requests and product enhancements.
- Work side by side with our Customer Success Team to maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop a process to prioritize clients’ needs from basic to advanced use cases.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house SEO for a medium to large website or at an agency, encompassing all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy to technical SEO.
- You possess an in-depth understanding of search engines' crawling patterns and their impact on traffic and revenue.
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Some experience in project management, ideally as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager would be a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with both technical and business staff.
- Comfort with technical concepts and aptitude for learning new technology applications.
