The Role at a Glance

As a Product Data Analyst, you'll assist in all facets of product development activities for Defined Contribution Variable Annuity Products. Gain a deep understanding of the DC Variable Annuity market, client needs, competition, and our current product portfolio's strengths and gaps. You'll communicate product priorities, lead product pricing collaborations, and ensure product profitability and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the implementation of new initiatives, project charters, and product specifications.
  • Present options and tradeoffs for new product development and gather input on new product ideas.
  • Create reports and analyses to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Provide progressively complex P&L analyses to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support peers and interact with senior management, stakeholders, and customer prospects effectively.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on product offerings, functionalities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal partners, including illustration, proposal, pricing systems, sales, and business operations.
  • Design and maintain the monthly MF Suite dashboard and other internal reporting.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for new growth opportunities based on competitive intelligence.
  • Consult operationally to assist with client product implementations and support, as well as the creation and maintenance of procedural and training materials.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience with retirement products and/or services that align with the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • Proven strong experience with Excel and VBA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau and SAS.

Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700

Actual base pay may vary based on non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role. This base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. The role may also be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, based on the company, business unit, and individual performance. Additional rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives, and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
