Join our rapidly growing Program & Services team at Wabtec Digital Mine, dedicated to delivering world-class services to our mining technology clients.

How Will You Make a Difference?

As a pivotal member of the Program & Services group, you will support our Mining Technology products by using collected data for analysis and providing actionable recommendations to customers. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams, representing customer needs in prioritization and product planning reviews. As an early adopter of new technologies, your insights will shape ongoing development improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
  • Proven experience with data analytics and visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of current network and communications technology
  • Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical system issues
  • Experience with Linux administration, Microsoft Server, IIS, and SQL Server
  • Superior project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
  • A customer service mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • A commitment to safety and compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

• Creating best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Evaluating internal systems for efficiency, issues, and inaccuracies
• Developing and maintaining protocols for data handling, processing, and cleaning
• Identifying trends and opportunities for system improvements through complex data analysis
• Collaborating with customer representatives to define and document system requirements
• Configuring systems to meet agreed-upon customer requirements and delivering ongoing configuration changes
• Supporting firmware, software, and configuration updates
• Providing first-line technical support for customers and partners
• Adopting new software releases and offering feedback on issues or improvements
