As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Operations, your role will include: Leading the process of measuring, comprehending, and improving the performance of Ting's Operations, widely recognized as the Networks organization. Driving business operations improvement endeavors to empower Ting in achieving its multi-year corporate objectives and ambitious expansion. Collaborating cross-functionally with national/central and regional leaders to boost operational excellence in diverse areas such as construction, customer installation, engineering, and supply chain. Your responsibilities entail: Constructing and maintaining business performance dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making by executives and senior leaders. Co-developing and propelling business improvement plans/initiatives. Contributing to OKR creation and tracking. Assessing financial reports and actively leading the pursuit of desired P&L outcomes. Collaborating with business leaders to enhance existing scaling capabilities (processes, systems, etc). Other tasks include: Being a catalyzing agent for change within operations. Having a steady track record of a growth mindset and perseverance. Potentially traveling within the US and Canada, up to 10%. Performing any other duties assigned by your manager. Reports to Director, Networks Business Operations Excellence. Qualifications include: Experience in converting data insights into business intelligence. Proficiency in visualizing business performance trends to identify enhancement opportunities, using tools like Power BI & Looker to harness data from Google Sheets & Snowflake respectively. Demonstrated capability to collaborate with operational stakeholders to build and deliver on business improvement plans/initiatives. Knowledge of ISP operational practices and improvement strategies, ideally from the US Telecom. 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or management. Experience in organizational change/scaling. Proven ability to formulate documentation, processes, and critical metrics. PMP/PMI certification is a bonus. Desiring to know more about our values?
