We are on the hunt for a Senior Analyst to join our Analytics Chapter. This chapter comprises both embedded and central analysts, working alongside our Analytics Engineers. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Growth, and Commercial Strategy leaders. Responsibilities: - Generating and present product and commercial insights - Supporting strategic business reviews - Mentoring analysts and data scientists - Collaborating deeply and broadly with cross-functional teams - Developing Metrics and KPIs Requirement: - Skills: Expertise in A/B testing & experimentation, applied statistics, business acumen. - Programming Languages: Solid technical skills in at least one programming language like Python, R, Julia, etc. - SQL and Statistical Analysis: Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical techniques for analysing complex datasets. - Proven experience in conducting impact analysis - Track Record: A successful streak in managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Autonomy and Accountability: Highly autonomous and comfortable with responsibility. - Behavioural Qualities: Strong commitment to the team's success and Lyst’s values.
