How You Can Contribute

We are on the lookout for a Senior Data Engineer to enhance our Data Platform team within the Data Intelligence Camp. Here, your expertise in platform and data engineering will be crucial in building infrastructure and processing solutions for analytics, ML engineering, and data science initiatives at Culture Amp.

As a valued team member, you will:

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for a variety of technologies, aiding less experienced team members and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
  • Design and implement foundational elements of our Data Platform, across our Redshift Warehouse and Data Lake.
  • Enhance the reliability, robustness, and cost-efficiency of our data platform while safeguarding user data privacy and security.
  • Spot opportunities to refine the platform experience for Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.

Your Technical Proficiencies:

  • Skilled in cloud data warehouses like Redshift.
  • Well-versed in modern data management practices and tools across ETL/ELT, data quality, governance, and monitoring.
  • Proficient with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK or Terraform, preferably within AWS environments.
  • Familiar with AWS data services like Glue, EMR, Kafka, and MWAA.
  • Strong foundations in software development, ideally with Python, Typescript, and SQL.
