Opportunity Overview

We are excited to welcome a Senior Advanced Analyst / Data Scientist to our expanding Customer Success Analytics & Operations team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of OPS & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to frame customer journeys and growth models. Your work will directly influence our strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving Klaviyo's market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership in Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to spearhead data-driven strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and refine predictive models to identify customer opportunities, enhancing overall success.
  • Create and manage analytical reports, define new performance metrics, and articulate the narrative of customer health through data.
  • Lead comprehensive analytics projects from conception to execution, including defining KPIs and implementing solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous, strategically-minded, and proactive in solving complex problems through data science. You should bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a preference for backgrounds in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and other analytical tools, with a strong portfolio of models and visualizations to demonstrate your skills.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities, comfortable with setting milestones and leading cross-functional teams.

Benefits & Compensation

The role offers a salary range of $96,000—$144,000 USD, supplemented with variable compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), and an array of learning resources.
