What You Will Do

As a Senior Data Scientist on the AI team, you will:

• Drive innovation using our rich datasets to extract key insights and provide actionable, data-driven product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineers to innovate and build on our Company's vast data, leveraging state-of-the-art AI technology like LLMs.
• Lead projects to enhance the precision captured during technical interviews, delivering superior value to our clients.
• Mentor peers in Data Science and AI across different teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into technological triumphs.
• Pivotally influence Karat's strategic direction by presenting your insights to decision-makers across the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest in Data Science and AI, proactively identifying tech opportunities for Karat.

Your Experience and Skills

Come equipped with:

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI within the tech sector.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python and familiar with frameworks relevant to data science.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and tools like dbt and airflow.
• A proven track record of leading impactful data projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business challenges into data-oriented solutions.
• Adept at statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
