Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and analytical solutions to improve product offerings, service quality, and business processes.

• Create tools and processes to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Participate in project management activities, leading small initiatives and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and programming tools like SQL, R, Python, and Hadoop.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations that translate complex analyses into understandable insights, catered to a broad audience spectrum.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) are preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in designing and deploying innovative data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and algorithms.
• Experience with tools such as SAS, SPSS, Scala, AWS, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
