What You’ll Bring to the Role

We are seeking a talented individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in analytical fields like economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, or statistics.
• Minimum of 8 years in various analytical roles, with at least 4 years in credit, financial services consulting, or the financial services industry.
• Direct client-side business experience is preferred.
• Outstanding analytical and consulting skills.
• Minimum of 3 years managing analytical professionals.
• Experience within a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Proven ability in defining and executing analytic solution strategies.
• Significant experience with credit risk in financial services and regulated environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills to diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with innovative thinking and the ability to drive organizational change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least 5 years of experience with SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and other modern analytical tools and frameworks.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Sr. Manager, Data Science & Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and achieving stakeholder agreement on a three-year analytics strategy.
• Developing analytic solution roadmaps to exceed revenue targets.
• Identifying market trends and formulating strategies to increase market share.
• Leveraging and adapting global best practices to local market needs.
• Designing solutions for customers by applying analytical and technical knowledge.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to align analytics strategies with go-to-market initiatives.
• Working with customers to meet their short- and long-term analytic needs.
• Overseeing the development of custom and generic analytical services.
• Ensuring successful delivery of new analytic product innovations on time and within budget.
• Leading a team of managers and seasoned professionals.
• Maintaining effective communication internally and externally to meet project goals.
• Representing the business unit at various forums and industry conferences.
• Developing an annual budget and justifying investments to maintain and expand analytical capabilities.
• Driving efficiency and profitability within the department.
• Managing the hiring, training, and development of associates.
• Building a robust talent pipeline and nurturing relationships with universities and professional associations.
