Position: Architect – Machine Learning

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Work Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Trivandrum

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with our offshore teams of big-data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to build, test, and assess predictive models based on client success criteria.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data for meaningful insights.
• Develop clear and sophisticated interpretations, and communicate insights to clients leading to quantifiable business impacts.
• Build deep relationships with clients by understanding both their stated and latent needs.
• Work closely with offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless communication and delivery cadence.
• Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and categorize targets.
• Mentor and guide senior resources/team leads.
• Lead technical discussions regarding architecture design and troubleshooting with clients and provide proactive solutions.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization in statistical ML, NLP, etc.
• Proficiency in Python, particularly in class-based coding.
• Strong understanding of coding standards and CI/CD practices.
• Proficient in SQL for data analytics including querying, analyzing, and processing large datasets.
• Deep experience in ML model development, notably in statistical ML regression and classification models.
• Expertise in NLP, including embedding techniques, transformers, and clustering methods.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques for data analysis.
• Understanding of MLOps basics, including model training, data/model monitoring, and retraining.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning concepts and deep learning-based architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience exploring new research and engineering/development best practices.
• Hands-on experience handling projects in the healthcare domain is a plus.
• Experience implementing Deep Learning solutions such as reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and AutoML.
• Exposure to cutting-edge research and ability to implement and augment research solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in analytical toolkits like logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.
