Position: Global Head of People Data & AI

The Global Head of People Data & AI is a pivotal role at Kraft Heinz, designed to integrate sophisticated data analytics and artificial intelligence into our human resources practices. This position will help us champion a data-driven culture and enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and employee engagement across the organization.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and data strategy for HR, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.

Data Analytics & Insights

Lead analysis and interpretation of people data to provide actionable insights for better decision-making.

AI Implementation

Integrate AI technologies into HR systems and processes, including recruitment, learning and development, and employee support services.

Collaboration & Influence

Collaborate with HR leadership, Digital leadership, IT, and business units to promote AI and data-driven HR excellence. Advocate for a data-driven culture across the organization, demonstrating the value of analytics and AI in achieving business outcomes.

Compliance & Ethics

Ensure all AI and data analytics initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Driving Awareness

Identify skill gaps and opportunities for upskilling within the HR team in data literacy and AI.
