Based within our large HR team at the flagship Elmsall Distribution Complex, this role offers the chance to be a part of one of the UK’s best-known high-street retailers and most established online brands. As a HR Data and Reward Analyst, you'll join a dynamic team that thrives on variety and challenges. Reporting to the HR Data Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing regular reports and data insights to various stakeholders across Next. Key responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, from collecting business requirements to sourcing and analyzing data to develop actionable reports and insights.
Your role will support diverse projects and pivotal people initiatives such as salary benchmarking, employee bonus payments, and HR metrics. Collaboration is key; you'll work with the HR Data Leader, wider HR Team, and key stakeholders involved with Workflow, HR Tech, and Employee Support to drive continuous improvements across all HR reporting and data processes.
We're seeking an Analyst with advanced technical skills, specifically in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau. Previous experience with HR/People data and knowledge of GDPR and salary benchmarking tools such as XpertHR are essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical for managing a wide range of projects, priorities, and people.
