We are in search of a Customer Excellence Data Lead with business acumen and data mining skills, to become a part of the Customer Excellence Team committed to enhancing the lifetime values of Viva customers. What you will be doing:

  • Develop and utilize data mining and visualization reporting techniques such as Power BI to interpret information, construct dashboards to monitor performance and understand growth drivers, identify customer trends, and ultimately communicate findings both orally and visually
  • Design and implement the necessary solutions for the optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of data sources using SQL and Azure technologies
  • Assist in the implementation of strategy by setting and tracking the relevant KPIs
  • Create automated reports using relational databases and optimize data delivery
  • Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Understand business challenges and connect them with specific analytic activities
  • Stay updated with new technology trends

What you should bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics or a related field
  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analysis, Statistics, or AI will be considered an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the relevant field of analytics in finance companies (preferably)
  • Experience with data modeling (e.g. Cohort, regression), data processing, and visualization tools (like: PowerBI)
  • Competency with relational database systems and SQL with excellent analytical and management skills combined
  • A capacity for constructing and managing programming skills (Python) connected to AI technology will be considered a substantial asset
  • Be self-motivated and a quick learner to adopt new technologies and methodologies
  • Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Be fluent in English and Greek
  • Be resilient, agile, and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Be a team-player with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
