Job Opportunity: IT Operations Specialist at Vodafone

Role Overview
As an IT Operations Specialist at Vodafone, you will focus on identifying and managing the evolving IT requirements of customers, businesses, and users, ensuring satisfaction with Vodafone’s IT products and services. You will also provide technical advice and administration throughout the IT lifecycle for all end-users, in line with our Customer Service Management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise and execute administrative activities to achieve the Technology strategy.
• Support the team in maintaining system/service functionality, preventing incidents, and restoring operations according to objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver required applications, systems, and solutions related to incident, problem, change, release, and vendor management.
• Analyze market trends and suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and business interfaces, ensuring operating efficiency for all applications and support.
• Execute tasks and activities as planned to ensure area effectiveness.
• Support end-to-end projects that enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
• Assist the team in automation, digitization, capacity planning, and analyzing service performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Use communication skills to support team priorities, resolve incidents, and interface with 1st line teams and suppliers on incident resolution.
• Perform other job-related duties as defined by the supervisor or assigned agendas.
