About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Senior Staff Engineer - Data Scientist specializing in GenAI to spearhead our latest initiatives in enhancing employee engagement through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Experience the thrill of building AI-driven conversational service bots that could impact a million Monthly Active Users (MAU), and designing innovative, real-time AI solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside product and business teams to outline data science objectives that align with business goals within the GenAI landscape.
• Metric Definition: Establish essential performance indicators that accurately measure the effectiveness of GenAI solutions.
• Intelligent System Design: Apply your expertise in machine learning and statistics to develop intelligent systems that enhance user interactions and decision-making through GenAI.
• Big Data Processing: Build robust systems capable of handling extensive data, utilizing distributed programming frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
• ML/AI Architecture: Design scalable architectures that support real-time machine learning and AI services in collaboration with ML Engineers.
• End-to-End ML Pipelines: Manage the complete machine learning pipeline from data preparation to model deployment, ensuring continuous integration and feedback.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, LLMs, natural language processing, and knowledge graphs, with a solid foundation in statistical machine learning, graph algorithms, and optimization.
• Experience in deploying ML projects in production environments, with skills in NLP, distributed systems, and Big Data technologies including Spark.
• Proficient in data management across both SQL and NoSQL databases.
