Role Overview:

At Capgemini, we are seeking a dynamic TC16 Business Analyst (FX) to tackle the unique challenges faced by Capital Markets firms in today’s fluid market and regulatory environments. This role involves a variety of client-facing engagements, providing strategic advisory, business analysis, and project management services. You will collaborate with early-career consultants and analysts while drawing on the expertise of seasoned industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing risks, contributing to project success, and managing client proposals efficiently. Your expertise in the post-trade capital market ecosystem will be invaluable. As part of your duties, you will also oversee and mentor consultants, contributing to recruitment and supporting the continuous knowledge development within our firm. Your involvement will extend to promoting the Quorsus culture, participating in professional development initiatives, and supporting our marketing and business development efforts.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Capital Markets post-trade ecosystem, preferably with direct consulting experience. You should be well-versed in one or more of the following areas:

• Programme/Project management
• Business analysis
• Strategy, Operating Model, and Process Design
• Product Management within financial services

Additionally, proficiency in trading systems, an excellent understanding of software design and development methodologies, and experience managing complex digital projects are highly desirable. Your strong analytical skills, effective management of workstreams and teams, and exemplary stakeholder management abilities will set you apart.
