Client Partner/Account Manager (Financial Services) - Capgemini
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
Join Capgemini as a Client Partner / Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our financial services forward. Key duties include:
- Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Strengthening client relationships through regular meetings and strategic engagements.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and adapting strategies as needed.
- Negotiating and creating business proposals for key client partners.
- Efficiently resolving client concerns and handling requests.
- Managing a significant portfolio of business focused on growth, service diversification, and client relationship management.
- Expanding the use of Capgemini solutions within existing portfolios and providing financial forecasts.
- Collaborating closely with senior account management and delivery teams to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
- Aligning with the client’s vision and strategy to deliver industry-leading solutions and services.
- Actively participating in the creation of RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals to enhance client solutions.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 10 years of experience in the IT and sales industry, specifically within Financial Services.
- Proven expertise in business development and account management.
- Strong familiarity with and experience in managing major clients in Financial Services for at least 3 years.
- A solid track record of selling and delivering IT services across various financial domains.
- An orientation towards solution selling and a keen willingness to learn and adapt.
