Client Partner/Account Manager (Financial Services) - Capgemini

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

Join Capgemini as a Client Partner / Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our financial services forward. Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strengthening client relationships through regular meetings and strategic engagements.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Negotiating and creating business proposals for key client partners.
  • Efficiently resolving client concerns and handling requests.
  • Managing a significant portfolio of business focused on growth, service diversification, and client relationship management.
  • Expanding the use of Capgemini solutions within existing portfolios and providing financial forecasts.
  • Collaborating closely with senior account management and delivery teams to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
  • Aligning with the client’s vision and strategy to deliver industry-leading solutions and services.
  • Actively participating in the creation of RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals to enhance client solutions.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the IT and sales industry, specifically within Financial Services.
  • Proven expertise in business development and account management.
  • Strong familiarity with and experience in managing major clients in Financial Services for at least 3 years.
  • A solid track record of selling and delivering IT services across various financial domains.
  • An orientation towards solution selling and a keen willingness to learn and adapt.
