Ryanair Labs is a state-of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub focused on creating Europe's leading travel experience for customers. We're offering an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric ecommerce environment. Our IT Labs team in Dublin consists of over 150 talented tech individuals. We also have IT Hubs in Wrocław with 200 staff, Madrid with over 150 employees, and our latest location in Portugal.

Requirements:
- A relevant 2:1 degree and strong work ethic in computing, development, information technology, engineering, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical abilities to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding yet rewarding team environment.
- Strong interest in and awareness of technology and innovation.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
