Role Overview: Senior AIOps Research Engineer

As a Senior AIOps Researcher/Engineer at Huawei IRC, you will be part of our User Experience Service (UES) and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) team. Your role involves pioneering AI and data analytics research to address complex challenges in cloud services and user experience management. Our team is known for its deep commitment to intelligent automation and optimization, consistently achieving technical breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions for DevOps, AIOps, and MLOps domains within large-scale cloud architectures.
• Independently and collaboratively design, develop, and deliver research proofs of concept (PoCs) and solutions.
• Translate research findings into production trials to meet business goals.
• Ensure solution quality through design and code reviews.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Industry experience with a strong background in solving real-world problems, or a PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science, AI, software engineering, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and develop large-scale software systems.
• Experience in cloud service management and optimization in areas such as performance, resource scheduling, and resource elasticity.
