Job Offer: Experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer, specializing in AWS and Databricks, to design, implement, and maintain our robust AWS cloud infrastructure. If you have a strong background in data engineering, cloud architecture, and hands-on experience with AWS services, this role is for you. This full-time position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site in Columbia, MD, and offers the flexibility of remote work two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Databricks.
• Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure with tools such as EC2, S3, VPC, EKS, and Lambda.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other open-source tools.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to transform business needs into technical implementations.
• Provide comprehensive support to developmental, testing, and operational teams.

Professional Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with AWS environments and services.
• Proficiency in managing data workflows and pipelines on Databricks.
• Expertise in Terraform or CloudFormation for AWS resource provisioning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certifications (Professional and Specialty).
• Experience with cloud solutions for the federal sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe knowledge is a plus.
