Purpose of the Position

The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role within our finance team, focusing on financial reporting and accounting for aircraft financing. You’ll ensure accurate reporting and compliance, enhancing transparency and trust among shareholders and regulators. This role requires no direct reports and is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our financial strength.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead projects to enhance the efficiency and quality of accounting operations, including digital innovations
• Manage monthly financial closing processes
• Support both external and internal audits
• Manage inventory-related data and processes
• Oversee and refine the work of our outsourced accounting services to ensure control and quality

Job Requirements

• A degree in economics, with a focus on finance or accounting
• Solid understanding of IFRS and key accounting principles
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational context
• Proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English; knowledge of IFRS 16 and international accounting certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are pluses
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
