As such, we are thrilled to be hiring for a Data Quality Administrator - a dual role centered around projects that enhance data quality and updating customer data in our CRM Salesforce to ensure the daily success of our Commercial teams. The role will be within the Commercial Analytics team which involves strategic, operational, and analytical reporting. The employee will be exposed to many different teams in the business including Data & Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Systems (the Salesforce/process experts), and operational teams who handle customer inquiries. This entry-level position is perfect for a person who enjoys repetitive tasks and is eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced, friendly business environment.
Responsibilities
Projects to improve data accuracy, like
- Reviewing individual customer contracts and updating relevant details for contract renewals and special terms and conditions
- Assisting in the clean-up/restructuring of our contact email addresses and billing information as part of a major billing infrastructure change we are implementing
- Making bulk changes to consolidate all contracts for each company into a single location to help Operational teams efficiently find the data they need
- Updating our Whole of Market data provided by a third party every month which informs the total estate agency branches still operating in the market and is crucial for prospecting for Sales and strategic analysis of the total market opportunities
- Monthly update of Salesforce contacts/accounts with the latest CTPS/TPS data
Updating customer data in our CRM Salesforce
- Completing complex contract loads that update hundreds of contracts and/or products simultaneously. For example, updating the product target areas for one of our large Corporate Estate Agency customers, or applying inflationary price rises to a broad base of our smaller Estate Agency customers
- Carrying out regular data loads (weekly/monthly) to facilitate Commercial reporting on customers and the Sales team's performance compared with targets
Requirements
Essentials
- Detail-oriented with good numeracy skills
- Able to do repetitive tasks in an organized way and meet deadlines
- Analytically minded, with an aptitude for logical problem solving
- Quick learner, capable of acquiring new skills quickly and open to coaching
- Effective communicator - verbally and in writing - especially in asking questions to comprehend problems and not afraid to say “I don’t know” to clarify understanding
Desirables
- Experience using Excel/ GSheets
- Experience in data entry and data quality tasks
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Data Loader
