What You'll Bring
- Expertise in marketing mix models (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, experimentation, multivariate regression, time-series modeling, Bayesian statistics, segmentation modeling, machine learning, data mining, simulation, optimization, and/or forecasting.
- Technical or programming skills required for big data, online search, online advertising attribution, and online/offline marketing optimization problems. Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Spark, Matlab or similar tools is necessary.
- A minimum of 10+ years of quantitative analytics experience, specifically in marketing metrics and tracking, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling.
- The ability to mentor junior data scientists and manage multiple projects within large cross-functional teams.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
We’d Love to See
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics with hands-on involvement in Adserver/Web Analytics Logs.
- 3+ years in the digital AdTech industry with a thorough understanding of digital metrics.
- 3+ years of experience mentoring junior data scientists.
Impact You'll Make
Your role will be pivotal in helping our clients understand their customers and prospects, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. You will:
- Translate business needs into questions that TransUnion can answer through data models.
- Work closely with data scientists, consultants, and clients to identify insights and convey complex findings in a simple and comprehensible manner.
- Implement MTA models, MMM, and experimentation studies to address marketing effectiveness, ROI, brand equity impact, segmentation, pricing, and other factors.
- Design unified model structures and validate model results, packaging them into insightful client-friendly reports on ROI analysis, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
- Oversee all analytics work streams and mentor both onshore and offshore data scientists.
- Participate in client meetings and lead discussions on analytics methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end solutions and implement new analytic capabilities.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00, with eligibility for bonus incentives. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, training, work experience, skill set, industry knowledge, and market considerations.
