EY is heavily investing in its award-winning AI & Data practice. In this role, you will help clients develop and execute AI strategies, improving business outcomes while incorporating ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability principles. Key Responsibilities:

As an AI & Data Senior Manager, you will lead a diverse team, collaborating with clients to implement AI strategies. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, developing ModelOps architectures, and ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory standards.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Leading large-scale client engagements and building strong client relationships.
• Delivering quality client services within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Managing and motivating diverse client engagement teams.
• Developing AI strategies aligned with clients' goals and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in the Energy & Resources sector (Power & Utilities or Oil & Gas) and corresponding technologies.
• Advanced knowledge in AI, Data, and Automation.
• Risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Business development and client relationship management.
• Creating ModelOps architectures and implementing AI at scale.
• Collaborating with diverse engineering teams (Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, etc.).
• Developing thought leadership to strengthen EY’s brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or MS degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).
• 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong data science/engineering and AI technology knowledge.
• Familiarity with public, private, and hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM).
• Proven track record of driving revenue and developing new client prospects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80%) and valid driver’s license and passport.

Preferred Experience:

• Leading business or IT transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and data protection frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methods and design thinking.
• Certifications in Data & AI (Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Snowflake).
