Key Responsibilities:

• Develop MLOps pipelines and deliver robust ML applications

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, data analytics, or data research
• Proven experience in building AI or ML solutions for enterprise business use
• Expertise in Python programming, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, or generative AI
• Experience with data engineering and cloud-native solutions like AWS or Azure
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform
• Skill in making backend models accessible through APIs
• Client engagement and business development experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software engineering, and MLOps platforms like ML-Flow
• Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• AWS or Azure associate-level cloud certification

Compensation and Benefits

At Rapid7, your contributions are celebrated, and we offer diverse benefits, including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement options. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). This estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is part of our total compensation package.

Work Model
