Job Description: As an AI Architect at Alter Solutions, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our IT Architecture team, focusing on innovative AI projects within our Data Tribe. This position requires a strategic thinker who can deliver IT architecture solutions and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

Enhance our IT Architecture team's capabilities by focusing on architecting advanced AI solutions.

Function Description & Key Activities

• Develop and deliver IT architecture solutions tailored to AI-focused initiatives.
• Ensure cohesive understanding and agreement on proposed architectures among product owners, project managers, and security architects.
• Provide robust support during the deployment of data architecture topics.
• Create and maintain reference documents for the architecture committee, facilitating the validation of data and AI projects.

Deliverables

You will be expected to produce both solution architecture documents and reference architecture materials to guide and document our AI initiatives.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in Dutch and French is essential, with both languages required at a fluent level. English proficiency at a C1 level is also mandatory as it is our primary working language.

Education & Experience

Candidates should have an IT or Data-related educational background, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture roles, specifically handling complex technical projects.

Telework and On-site Requirements

In alignment with Alter Solutions' flexible working model, this role allows you to telework for three days a week, while spending the remaining two days on-site.

Soft Skills

Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential. You should have the ability to convincingly present ideas and negotiate solutions across various stakeholder groups, particularly in innovative and transformative projects.
