About the Role

We are seeking an innovative AI and Automation Specialist dedicated to optimizing efficiency and driving the firm's growth through advanced AI and automation solutions. This role requires a solid foundation in AI technologies, legal tech applications, and process automation. If you have a knack for integrating various software platforms, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and streamline opportunities for automation and AI integration within workflows and processes.
• Develop and implement automation solutions utilizing tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), machine learning, and AI.
• Optimize software platforms such as Zapier, SimpleTexting, Google Calendar, and HelloSign for seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with departments to design automation solutions that enhance productivity.
• Maintain and scale existing automation systems.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve inefficiencies.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and automation technologies and recommend their adoption.
• Provide training and support to staff on new AI and automation tools.
• Monitor the performance of AI and automation solutions, making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in AI and automation implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI and Automation Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficiency in software integration tools like Zapier and experience with platforms such as SimpleTexting, Google Calendar, and HelloSign.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of legal tech applications and the unique needs of a law firm.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
