Successful candidates will have substantial experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in NLP and large language models. You possess strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Your background includes leading innovative projects and enhancing content creativity and audience engagement through technology. Experience with digital and social media platforms, particularly YouTube, is essential.
In compliance with local law, we disclose the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles performed in Culver City. Actual salaries may vary based on skill sets, experience, and other factors. A reasonable salary estimate is $100K-$500K per year. Spotter’s compensation package also includes an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
