What You’ll Do

Revolutionize Spotter's use of artificial intelligence by providing innovative ideation workflows. This groundbreaking role combines AI, machine learning, and cultural analytics to explore new directions in idea generation and storytelling. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Integrate AI tools into the content generation process to elevate creativity and strategy.
• Prototype AI applications for predicting content performance and identifying emerging trends.
• Utilize large datasets to derive actionable insights that enhance content personalization and relevance.
• Develop AI-driven prompts to improve content quality and consistency.
• Analyze YouTube content to identify high-engagement genres, formats, and elements.
• Conduct statistical analyses to gauge the effectiveness of AI-enhanced strategies.
• Present innovative product solutions and strategic insights to senior management.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate new technologies.

Who You Are

Successful candidates will have substantial experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in NLP and large language models. You possess strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Your background includes leading innovative projects and enhancing content creativity and audience engagement through technology. Experience with digital and social media platforms, particularly YouTube, is essential.

In compliance with local law, we disclose the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles performed in Culver City. Actual salaries may vary based on skill sets, experience, and other factors. A reasonable salary estimate is $100K-$500K per year. Spotter’s compensation package also includes an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
