About the Role

We are actively seeking a Customer Intelligence AI Data Engineer to join our innovative Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team within Corporate Strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding of customer behavior through deep insights and advanced data science approaches, contributing across teams such as Data, Product, Marketing, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Systems Engineering: Architect and integrate systems for distributing customer insights, in collaboration with Data, Engineering, and Platform teams.
• Operationalizing Prompts for LLMs: Take lead on prompt design and operational integration of large language models.
• Data Engineering/Management: Develop processes to streamline data collection and reporting.
• Research: Generate detailed insights through targeted research, enhancing strategy and customer understanding.

Who You Are

You are someone with a strong quantitative background, perhaps with degrees in fields like Engineering, Computer Science, or even Social Sciences with a quantitative twist. You should bring:

• A minimum of 3-5 years (post-undergraduate) or 2-3 years (post-graduate) experience in data engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in the AWS ecosystem, Python, SQL, and front-end frameworks such as JavaScript and HTML.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to influence business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; etc.): $187,000—$220,000 USD
• Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; etc.): $165,000—$194,000 USD
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL): $146,000—$172,000 USD
