What You'll Do

As an AI Development Expert, you will be at the forefront of technology:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI methodologies and their potential applications.
• Analyze and monitor the results from SAP's central genAI applications.
• Develop and refine our proprietary tools utilizing Python, ABAP, and Java.
• Support the deployment and optimization of AI models in various environments.
• Leverage your presentation skills to share findings and developments effectively through multiple channels.

What You Bring to the Table

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong proficiency in software development.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI principles and applications.
• Experience with cloud service providers, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with frameworks and tools such as Python, LangChain, HuggingFace.
• A track record of successfully deploying models for inference.

Additional advantageous skills:

• Experience with SAP environments, specifically IBP & ABAP programming.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI code assistants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Studio.
• Experience in fine-tuning AI models, especially with LoRA.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
