You will lead your team to achieve spectacular results, fostering team spirit and driving innovation with responsibility over conceptualizing, researching, and implementing efficient code aligning with SAP's high product standards.

What You Bring:

To thrive in this role, a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and a comprehensive approach to the entire product process is essential. We are looking for:

• Over 10 years in management roles, with at least 6 years in the software development sector.
• Advanced degree in fields relevant to law, given the critical importance of data privacy in AI.
• Proven record in team leadership, goal setting, and attainment within software development—preferably with experience in cloud projects and agile project management.
• Fluency in both English and German, excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and a deep passion for developing cutting-edge products.
