Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train AI models and algorithms, contributing to AI achievements in automation project implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to design and implement effective AI solutions that meet business needs while ensuring model accuracy and robustness.
• Maintain and optimize AI and related systems, manage system training, and provide technical consulting.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and industry trends, applying them to practical work to enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in data analysis and algorithms.
• Expertise in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and various AI algorithms including neural networks and clustering analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); strong communication skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
