Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning models to elevate PCS's service offerings.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to craft AI-driven security solutions.
• Enhance server virtualization and cloud services by integrating AI for performance optimization.
• Design AI systems for network management to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze extensive datasets to derive valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Create automated tools to improve incident response times and service quality.
• Continuously research and incorporate the latest AI technologies to maintain PCS’s innovation leadership.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team on AI-related projects.
• Document AI models, processes, and best practices for future reference.
• Utilize AI for marketing activities and campaigns to boost website activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning development and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and server virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
