Your Opportunity as an AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you'll be a vital team member, spearheading the development and deployment of AI solutions. You’ll leverage your software engineering skills and AI principles to build robust, scalable AI systems aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI solutions, turning business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with AI capabilities.
  • Build and sustain AI models and infrastructures, communicating design principles to stakeholders.
  • Research and evaluate technologies to discover the best solutions to business challenges.
  • Assess emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance our tech stack.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy laws in AI-centric solutions.
  • Contribute to developing AI architectural standards and best practices.
  • Share your knowledge of AI best practices and implementation techniques.
  • Develop AI software aligned with technological trends and business strategy.

Your Extraordinary Qualities:

  • Build relationships quickly with diverse stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Work autonomously, managing conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies.

Your Experience:

  • Proficiency with AI platforms and services from Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Expertise with AI-specific tools and frameworks such as LangChain, PromptFlow, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Programming skills in Python, Scala, as well as familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Stay updated on best practices in Generative AI Prompt Engineering.
  • Knowledge in data structures, data modeling, and AI-related software architecture.
  • Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
