About the Role

We're in search of AI engineers with a robust understanding of machine learning fundamentals and proven experience in deploying AI features at scale. A particular focus on generative AI is ideal for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Zero-to-One Feature Development: Generate and iterate on AI feature ideas, integrating them into our products when ready.
• Data Curation and Processing: Design workflows and processes for effective data gathering and storage for model training.
• Model Training: Fine-tune LLMs to achieve performance excellence specific to our domain applications, surpassing off-the-shelf model capabilities.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate performance rigorously using methods ranging from human preferences/labels to synthetic ground truth.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on AI best practices and effective LLM utilization, serving as a mentor to your peers.
