In support of this vision, we are eagerly seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. This role focuses on defining and implementing the right data architectures and supporting technologies for our clients across industries in Cyprus and internationally as part of the CESA cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions.
• Develop and implement AI models using techniques like LLMs and generative AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define AI project goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and assess their potential applications.
• Ensure the integration of AI applications maintains compliance with data security and ethical standards.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
