Position Overview: AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and researching AI systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and research AI systems and models using data science and analytics prototypes.
  • Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques.
  • Build and deploy AI models with a focus on large-scale data processing, computationally intensive algorithms, and advanced analytics.
  • Work with deep learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and utilize libraries like scikit-learn, spaCy, Gensim, and CoreNLP.
  • Leverage cloud services such as AWS or Azure for AI model deployment, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture.
  • Write robust, scalable, and maintainable code in Python.
  • Collaborate with UI development teams to integrate AI functionalities into applications, offering insights and support.
  • Participate in UI technology discussions, providing input on decisions related to React and Node.js technologies.
  • Optimize model hyperparameters for speed and cost efficiency.
  • Enhance system performance for maximum efficiency.
  • Build AI Ops pipelines to streamline the deployment and management of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively in an Agile Development environment, engaging in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI systems and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP/NLG frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
  • Basic familiarity with UI technologies like React and Node.js.
  • Experience with AI Ops pipelines and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
