About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Tether.io, you will play a crucial role in building AI solutions that span a spectrum from large-scale models aimed at advanced applications to smaller, high-performance models optimized for efficiency on edge devices like mobile phones and laptops.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research and development of multimodal AI models that set new industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective integration of our AI models into market-driven solutions.
• Leverage your degree in Computer Science, preferably a PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, highlighting your proven track record in AI R&D.
• Build and develop large-scale models from scratch, including coding the models, gathering training data, and optimizing both training and inference processes.
• Utilize your strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal learning along with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and the CUDA toolkit.
• Exemplify strong programming skills in Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar languages.
