In collaboration with domain experts and cross-functional teams, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions to solve complex challenges across various domains. Your tasks will include improving AI models for better accuracy and efficiency, integrating AI technologies into existing workflows, and continuously updating your knowledge to foster an educational culture of AI innovation at BASF.

Job Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• An advanced degree (M.Sc./PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Extensive experience with deep learning and machine learning frameworks, particularly with transformers and dedicated language models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML tools within cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration, ideally combined with graph technologies.
