Position Overview

As part of our post-Series C growth, we are thrilled to add an AI Engineer to our data analytics engineering team. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers and product leaders to innovate the insurance industry with cutting-edge AI applications and our proprietary data set.

This remote position is based within the US, and candidates must be available to work EST hours. The role reports directly to the Director of Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions to optimize core business processes
• Primarily develop, test, deploy, and monitor serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda) for various data processing and analytics tasks
• Use orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions) to coordinate complex workflows and integrate multiple services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI models and solutions
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Extensive Python development experience, focusing on LLM and machine learning applications
• Strong expertise in developing and deploying LLM solutions
• In-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their practical applications
• Proficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and Step Functions, with experience deploying them via IaC
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Experience evaluating model performance is a plus
