About You:

As a prospective AI Engineering Manager at M47 Labs, you are an adept leader with a firm technical foundation in AI. You excel in team management and motivation, yet are equally comfortable engaging in hands-on coding tasks. Key Role and Responsibilities:

Leadership: Direct and technically steer a talented team of AI and ML Engineers in crafting and deploying innovative AI solutions. Your role is hands-on, setting a high bar for technical finesse and actively partaking in coding and development. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders to outline project scopes and achievements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Manage timelines, resources, and risk evaluations to guarantee timely and exceptional project deliveries. Innovation and Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement and inventive thought within your team. Encourage active experimentation and serve as a mentor providing career development and technical guidance.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Demonstrable leadership experience with a robust technical background in AI and ML
• Strong coding skills and a rich portfolio of projects
• Effective management and complex problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Nice to have: Experience with .NET Core (C#) or Frontend frameworks.
